Rescued Art 15: Carol Weiss “Unknown”
Artist: Carol Weiss
Size: 5″ x 7″, Framed: 8″ x 11″

Carol Weiss’ soft, impressionistic oil paintings of landscapes and flowers are inspired by the area around her home on a beautiful river in Wisconsin, and by her travels through the English countryside. Emphasizing the harmony and patterns of natural forms and richness of color, her paintings capture a peaceful moment in the changing moods of light and seasons. She says the purpose of her work is to invite the viewer to be drawn into the serenity and beauty of creation.
